What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Implementation Consultant position at Entrata?
The Senior Implementation Consultant, in the recently established EMEA Team based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands reports directly the VP Service Delivery. This role is key in the successful onboarding and expansion of the Entrata operating system working with existing strategic high-value customers in the European Market. There is a heavy emphasis on working cross-functionally, with your main sparring partner being the Project Management team. Together you will act as a primary source of product knowledge through the implementation and migration process for new and existing EMEA customers. Lead Consultants will also work closely with Customer Success ensuring a proper implementation hand-off ensuring continued success and customer value. The keys to success are strong product and industry knowledge and the close relationships you will forge with EMEA team members, customers, and the many cross functional partners based in Europe and the United States.
\n- Become a subject matter expert (SME) on Entrata’s platform and suite of products available for EMEA Market
- Lead consultative engagements to ensure proper data migration and system configuration
- Be a SME of the implementation data and metrics, products and processes, roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborate closely with leaders in Project Management, Training, Customer Success, and Product to drive the EMEA operational blueprint forward
- Support team members collaboration with Engineering and Product teams to ensure that the Entrata platform continues to evolve and meet the needs of our customers
- Travel with your respective team members to visit their customers as required
- Act a as mentor and coach new EMEA team members
- Offer thought leadership at industry events and customer conferences
- Minimum 5 years (technical) Implementation experience or acting within a technical consultative customer facing capacity, ideally within a SaaS or Tech based company
- Strong software implementation literacy
- Ability to think strategically, to navigate through and understand complex business data and operations
- Proven experience managing teams or within a team leadership capacity
- Fluent English in combination with either German, French, Spanish or Dutch at a native level
- Willingness and understanding of what it means to operate in a scale-up environment
- Knowledge of Multifamily Property or Prop Tech solutions considered an advantage
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
