What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager position at Entrata?
The Senior Project Manager, works within the recently established EMEA Team based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and reports directly to the VP Service Delivery. The Senior PM plays a key role in the successful onboarding of EMEA customers and the expansion of our existing high value customers onto the Entrata operating system by contributing to, receiving and adhering to operational objectives, policies, procedures, and work plans. In this function you will become an expert on the Entrata platform and become versed in Property Tech. The Senior PM leads the application of existing principles and processes and helps guide the development of new ideas as well as providing subject matter expert (SME) advice/feedback cross-functionally to other departments regarding new features, products, verticals and processes. With the EMEA and Global team for Professional Services the Senior PM will offer thought leadership and will work on broader departmental projects and is recognized internally as an SME.
- Become a subject matter expert on Entrata’s platform and suite of products available to the EMEA Market
- Lead consultative engagements to ensure proper project management and implementation for a set of high-value strategic customers
- Be a SME of the implementation data and metrics, products and processes, roles and responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with leaders in Project Management, Training, Customer Success, and Product to drive the EMEA operational blueprint forward
- Partner with Sales during pre-Sales engagements to assist with RFPs, scoping, and deal desk opportunities
- Support team members collaboration with Development and Product teams to ensure that the Entrata platform continues to evolve and meet the needs of our customers
- Travel with your respective team members to visit customers as required
- Act a as mentor and coach to new EMEA team members
- Offer thought leadership at industry events and customer conferences
- Minimum 5 years Project Management experience or acting within a technical customer facing capacity, ideally within a SaaS or Tech based company
- Strong software implementation literacy
- Previous exposure to Waterfall and/or Agile project management or certifications from PMP
- Ability to think strategically, to navigate through and understand complex business data and operations
- Fluent English in combination with either German, French, Spanish or Dutch at a native level
- Willingness and understanding of what it means to operate in a scale-up environment
- Knowledge of Multifamily Property or Prop Tech solutions considered an advantage
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
