What are the responsibilities and job description for the Disclosure Desk position at Entrust Funding?

Duties :

  • Complete an accurate and compliant Locked Loan Estimate disclose to the borrower(s) within the TRID timing guidelines
  • Manage loan estimate and closing disclosure pipelines to ensure disclosures are completed within TRID timing guidelines
  • Confirm that LEs and CDs have/ are been disclosed within the appropriate time frame within TRID compliance guideline
  • Complete a proper an accurate change of circumstance
  • Review updated settlement statement to confirm all fees
  • Confirm rate lock; loan has been locked and all items match system
  • Confirm impounds are entered accurately and that the appropriate number of months is to be collected Manual calculations are required to confirm system amounts. Collect if due within 60 days
  • Pull Mavent Report before disclosing any loan estimates or closing disclosures
  • Maintains acceptable turn times through measurement and improvement of efficiencies
  • Provide feedback to the Compliance Officer on various aspects of the issues as they pertain to loan setup and the disclosure process
  • Coordinates activities between the production and processing staff
  • Works closely with management to train staff on various operational procedures
  • Creates and maintains synergy among staff members during the review process
  • Available to staff for general procedural interpretations and questions, and ensures loans are in compliance with company and investor guidelines
  • Continuously seeks to improve operational effectiveness through training and support of operational staff, to include but not be limited to:
  • Encompass
  • Mavent
  • Assist with the development of internal policies and procedures regarding ongoing disclosure and compliance issues
  • Performs other job-related duties or special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must have 1 years’ experience in the mortgage lending industry, preferably in a similar role;
  • Knowledgeable in compliance, credit analysis, underwriting and relevant systems;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
