**This is a hybrid role reporting to King of Prussia office**
The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) will manage our RPO partner, and drive accountability to contract terms, SLA adherence to ensure supplier meets customer needs, quality, and compliance of a successful talent acquisition partnership. This will include other vendors for ATS, background checks, drug screening etc.This role will partner closely with our HR Operations manager to drive process improvement and identify areas of opportunity to transfer to our Global Services Center (GSC) and drive influence long term Talent Acquisition solutions.
