AutoCAD Designer

Enviroguard a fast -growing company established in 1993 based in Southern California is seeking CAD design and enclosure engineers to join our team. We are as ISO 9001 2015 company specializing in the manufacturing of products for telecommunications, Data Centers and Utility markets

Job Description:

-Develop models in Autodesk Inventor 3D

-Receive verbal instructions, customer specifications, or concept sketches to create details and assembly drawings for manufacturing.
-Responsible for sizing of mechanical components used in designing NEMA 1 through 4X enclosure design and testing
-Design Engineer will be part of a team responsible for product development
-Assignments may include equipment layout, wiring, sheet metal and fabrication design.
-Understand custom machine design, tolerancing techniques, manufacturing methods and best practices of CAD to create accurate drawings that reflect cost effective manufacturing.

Skills:

- 1 years modeling with Inventor or Solid works
-Experience designing cabinets and enclosures
-Electrical engineering a major plus
-Knowledge of design for manufacturing
-Experience creating sheet metal & fabrication drawings
-Experience creating part and assembly drawings
Experience in E3 Shop Tech

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Salary: Base on Experience

Experience:

• UL Listing of cabinets
