Skills for Success:
· Five to ten years of experience providing administrative support to C-suite level staff
· Excellent proofreading, writing, and editing
· High proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and various software applications
· A natural ease with technology, using it as a progressive tool to create and improve
· Above average knowledge of Excel to generate or maintain budgets, calculations, and projects as needed
· Superior organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Familiar with coordinating travel arrangements: flights, hotel, transportation
· Responsible for managing the setup of in-house events and meetings
