Responsibilities:

  • Install new tires and wheels.
  • Preform maintenance on tires, including inspecting, repairing, and cleaning.
  • Log all work performed in maintenance system.
  • Ensure proper stock of tires at the end of each day are prepped and ready for the next business day.
  • Follow safety guidelines and best practices.
  • Communicate with management when additional repairs are needed or when repairs cannot be completed in the scheduled time period.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance and presence at work.
  • Effectively perform responsibilities.
  • Operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Demonstrate professionalism; be courteous and friendly to customers and co-workers at all times.

Qualifications/Experience/Education

  • This position prefers a minimum of a high school education and preferable 1-3 years of position related experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational skills
