- Supporting the general manager in daily activities.
- Answering the phones.
- Communicating with management, employees, and customers via email and phone.
- Acting as liaison for leadership to operations.
- Following up with internal team and customers.
- Recording data, creating spreadsheets, and reviewing the data.
- Maintaining General Manager’s schedule as necessary.
