Brand Representative

Envision has an exciting opening for a Brand Representative responsible for the development, delivery and efficacy of programs to ensure delivery of a positive customer service in support of Customer Experience initiatives on behalf of local and national nonprofits and charities. The Brand Representative is the first point of contact for community members who are interested in donating, or contributing to our initiative. You will provide complete and appropriate presentations and solutions in order to boost charity revenue growth, donor acquisition levels and profitability. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are passionate about helping others.

What You'll Do

• You will drive donations and growth among the community
• You will be responsible for successful onboarding of new customers
• Identify opportunities for customers to provide positive reviews for the client
• Collaborate closely with sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities
• Gather feedback from community members regarding the charity and their mission
• Discover the identity, voice, and goal of each charity we represent
• Support donor acquisition strategies through lead generation and prospecting
• Establish rapport with customers that segues into charity presentations
• Initiate the sales cycle by appealing to the individual preferences of each customer
• Collaborate with team members to maximize reach and engagement with customers

Who You Are

• 4 years in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or and Philanthropic or Charity Background
• Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
• Experience building and maintaining relationships
• Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help
• Super motivated, can-do attitude, problem solver and can work in a fast paced environment

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
