If the customer comes first, then we will always win, as our primary duty is to expand brand awareness for ourselves and our clients and we can’t do this if all interactions are built with customer service at the forefront.

Our Customer Service Specialist will provide customer support and education on our product and services offered, will resolve customer complaints, and will provide a positive, top-quality customer experience on behalf of our company and our clients.

Customer Service Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

  • Informing customers about products and services
  • Responding to customer questions
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Suggesting solutions for common problems
  • Updating customer database and territory mapping
  • Training new customer service agents
  • Collaborating with the management team
  • Improving overall customer satisfaction
