Envision Radiology is adding a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to the team!
Monday - Friday / 40 hours a week | Based in-office - Colorado Springs, CO | Position Pay Range: $103,160 - $128,950
Opportunity for additional, discretionary bonus available.
Summary/Objective
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) reports to the VP of Finance and is responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability.
Essential Functions
- Directs the timely and accurate preparation of financial budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning analysis.
- Develops and maintains complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization. This will include key strategic elements surrounding the overall core business growth plan, ESOP planning, capital structure modeling, and banking partner forecasts.
- Drives improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyzes current financial performance against historical data and forecasts.
- Identifies trends, provides meaningful, proactive analysis on the financial performance of the company, while communicating pertinent information to leadership, as needed.
- Serves as a strategic partner in the review of development and M&A opportunities and associated financial pro formas.
- Engages with teams and leaders across the organization to ensure the FP&A core assumptions are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Facilitates communication across the company regarding aspects that may impact financial planning efforts, while keeping the VP of Finance and leadership up to date on matters that may need attention.
- Mentors and develops FP&A team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position is responsible for supervising the Manager of FP&A. The Director of FP&A is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees, as needed.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- 5 plus years’ of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expert financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications, such as Planful.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree, preferred.
