We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Accountant III, or Sr. Accountant, on our Nashville based team.
The Accountant III, or Sr. Accountant is responsible for the accounting and financial functions of Envision Physician Services ("Envision"). Duties include oversight of profit share payments and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations and audits, and the opportunity to participate in various special projects.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monthly journal entry review and approval.
- Profit share reporting, analysis, calculations, journal entries, and ad-hoc requests.
- Discretionary and contractual bonus accruals and payments.
- Monthly review and approval of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Internal and external audits.
- Special projects, miscellaneous financial analyses, and other job-related duties as assigned.
- Adhere to Information Security Policies and ensure that Envision remains as secure as possible.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, a Sr. Accountant or Accountant III must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a four-year accredited College or University.
- CPA and/or Master's Degree preferred.
- Healthcare experience.
- Oracle ERP, Hyperion, Microsoft Office
