Summary

 

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Clinical Support Services Supervisor on our ENVOY focused team based out of Horsham Township, PA. The Clinical Support Services Supervisor supports the infrastructure for the Clinical Onboarding Process of New and Existing Providers in our Locum Service Line, with a specific focus on reporting, standardizing procedures across specialties, and supervising ENVOY's Clinical Support Services (CSS) department.

 

This Clinical Support Services Supervisor position is being offered on a Remote Centric Hybrid basis. We expect the Clinical Support Services Supervisor to primarily work from home. You may be required to come to the office from time to time for meetings.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and audit various contracts, amendments, addenda, memoranda and other legal documents using a standard template within a regular timeframe.
  • Perform legal research using internal resources (Word Document provided by the Legal Department) and responsible for preparing contracts requiring knowledge and understanding of legal jargon.
  • Meet with Corporate Attorneys and Paralegals on a daily basis to review and discuss any legal matters around clinical contracts. Will also work with the Legal team to update contract language and prepare contract amendments.
  • Oversee and assist with training all new hires or retraining staff members as needed on software, contract request application process, and departmental processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Providers, Operations, Legal, HR, IT, Payroll, Recruitment, and Executives for both new hires and existing providers.
  • Communicate directly with new and existing Providers throughout the Onboarding process, answering any questions or concerns regarding contracts and HR/Pay related inquiries as needed.
  • Handle escalated concerns or questions, both internal and external.
  • Track trending data throughout the onboarding process to provide company metrics to leadership.
  • Ensure the timely payment of salary increases, etc.; enter pertinent pay and dates into department calendar when applicable.
  • Ensure compliance is maintained by CSS Specialists on all contract requests processed to ensure timely turnaround by monitoring reports, dashboards and other tracking tools.
  • Adhere to Information Security Policies and ensurie that Envision is as secure as possible.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and present developments and findings
  • Proven capability and desire to share knowledge with peers, both within one’s own department and throughout the wider organization
  • Experience training and delivering presentations using professional and polished written and verbal communication skills is highly preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environments
  • Strong Communicator and works well in an internal and external team environment
  • Ability to meet established production and quality goals/metrics both individually and group
  • Must be able to follow up in a timely manner on open items
  • Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis in a very fast-paced and changing environment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accuracy of documentation within the onboarding process

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University or 3 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced PC skills

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and mentor team
  • Manage non-exempt staff members
  • Prepare and conduct monthly audits
  • Conduct one on one meetings with direct reports
