The Role:
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will embody the behaviors and traits that mold the Two Labs culture – passion, engagement, collaboration and trust. We are looking for an efficient and energetic HR Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR duties. This is a great opportunity for an eager individual to begin an HR career with a rapidly growing company in the Pharmaceutical Industry, where the impact of the work can be seen daily and opportunities for learning are limitless.
The ideal candidate will have a broad interest and understanding of general HR practices. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, the candidate must demonstrate strong customer service skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office, be skilled at managing multiple priorities and, demonstrate ease in learning and using HR software/tools, and be energized by a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Ultimately, the Coordinator should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization, under the supervision of the Senior Manager.

Administrative Support
- Respond to internal and external HR and benefits related inquiries or requests and assist with action/resolution through autonomous decision making and/or re-direction to appropriate
- Audit and maintain records of personnel-related data in the HRIS database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
- Independently perform audits and controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Support HR compliance efforts
- Produce and submit reports on general HR
- Schedule and support internal and external meetings, including HR team meetings, all company meetings, and local culture-building events.
- Coordinates and assists with the new hire process, including assisting and ensuring new hires properly complete on-boarding paperwork, submitting and processing paperwork with appropriate persons, creating new employee files, coordinating orientation, and supporting training efforts.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars, in collaboration with L&D Director
- Assist with offboarding tasks such as internal notifications, exit survey distribution, and exit interview scheduling.
- Extract and create various reports for
- Support companywide renewals, open enrollment activity and wellness
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee
- Complete expense reporting for HR corporate cards
Recruiting Support
- Execute candidate tasks and update records in Applicant Tracking System.
- Schedule interviews across all Two Labs business units, both virtual and in person.
- Support candidate life cycle, including drafting and extending offer packages.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position or recent college graduate with BS/BA in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant internship/experiential learning is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, in particular).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal
- Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality with data and personnel-related
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment, leveraging exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Preferred knowledge of human resources processes and best practices, benefits, and compliance.
- Familiarity or experience with HR databases and HRIS

Salary : $40,500 - $51,300
