enVista is looking for a motivated Analyst to join our Finance department. The successful candidate will have a BS in Accounting, Finance or a related field. The preferred candidate will have an interest in supporting the financial functions of a consulting and/or SaaS-based company. Preference will be given to individuals who previously worked as an accounting analyst or similar experience. With this role you will work on treasury related matters, accounts payable processing and reporting, and reconciliation of our third party payment program. Also involved with Special Projects as they become necessary.
What you will do:
- Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies
- Perform week, monthly and quarterly cash and other account reconciliations
- Perform variance analyses
- Verification of bank accounts through phone calls
- Support the Credit card reconciliation process
- Assist with financial and tax audits
- Avoid legal challenges by complying with legal requirements
What you will bring:
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years of experience is preferred, but recent college grads are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office; especially Word and Excel
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
- Must be willing to learn the business units and operational areas of enVista
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to execute under time constraints
- Action-oriented doer
- Adaptable and comfortable with change, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities
- Able to interact and collaborate with members of the team at all levels within the organization

Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better in Finance or related field
