Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Post open positions
-
Develop and update position descriptions and job specifications

Source and recruit candidates by using social media, online recruitment methods, job fairs, establishing relationships with a variety of potential applicant sources including colleges, technical schools and career services associations and organizations.

Manage pre-employment background screen process with external vendors. Facilitate coordination between candidates and background screening company for timely background processing. Review background check results as it relates to the Envolve Staffing Policy. Escalating background checks to SVP of HR as needed.

Manage On-Boarding Process for New Hires for time between Offer Accepted and Start Date.

Administer aptitude, personality, and interest assessments as necessary.

Serves as point of contact for candidates as needed.

Ensures that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws

Create departmental reports as needed.

Collect all onboarding and new hire documents including but not limited to: Signed offer letters, I-9 and appropriate forms of ID, Release Authorization Forms, Confidentiality Documentation, Policy Acknowledgements, Resumes, ID Badge Forms, etc.

Assist with the processing of verifications of employment.

Conduct phone interviews as requested

Complete onboarding and new hire process for candidates in Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

Coordinate and participate in networking and recruiting events

Ensure all pre-hire and new hire documents are saved in employee files.

Performs other duties as assigned
Education and Work Experience Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree preferred
-
Recruiting experience preferred
-
1 – 2 years relevant business experience
-
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Experience with applicant tracking tools and databases.
