Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager is a key role within a geographical location who's marketing efforts should result in increased business, market penetration and branch growth. The position will network, market and build relationships, to increases Envoy's recognition within the Realtor, Builder and Financial Planner community, identify talent and provide support to better utilize Envoy's marketing resources. Additionally, work on special projects, recruiting efforts, new marketing strategies and Envoy initiatives which will result in increased business opportunities and market penetration.
Duties and Responsibilities
The primary job duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Market Envoy's loan programs to local Realtors, Builders and Financial Planners
Build new relationships with Realtors, Builders and Financial Planners
Attend Open Houses, Realtor Sales Meetings and other appropriate business functions.
Sourcing candidates & Generating leads
Provide training for new hires on a branch/regional/divisional level
Manage, meet, and exceed all performance plans
Complete knowledge of Envoy's products, systems and competitive advantages
Work with Managers on digital marketing and appearance on different social media sites
Superior ability to process, organize and interpret large amounts of data, which reflects market opportunities
Advise management of results of marketing programs
Originate loans (only if licensed)
Hold demonstrations for future LO's
Other duties as assigned by theManagement
Requirements:
Qualifications include:
3-5 Years of experience in similar setting
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, Internet and using databases
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
Excellent customer service skills and working in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills are a must
Strong relationship building a must, along with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze issues and create effective resolutions, while managing multiple projects at one time
Must have the experience, ability and commitment to make cold calls to develop contacts, generate new leads, and utilize provided leads
Marketing savvy
Physical/Mental Requirements
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
