- Account and privilege Administration for Active Directory and Outlook.
- Provides support to Division personnel and remote users.
- Remote access support for VPN, SSLVPN and dial-in users.
- PC client management tasks including PC maintenance, deployment (creation and testing of standard PC images) as well as recommending standard specifications for PC rollouts. Should have prior experience with enterprise wide hardware and software rollouts.
- Monitors various sources to remain informed concerning the most current technology.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows Operating System issues.
- Maintain virus control and run periodic virus scan updates. Awareness of general virus threats and possible solutions to mitigate these threats.
- Supports Citrix clients and applications.
- Supports smart phones and mobile devices.
- Maintain user and file security.
- Coordinate software delivery to desktops using Deployment utility.
- Install and maintain network and standalone printers, digital senders and copiers.
- Documents procedures and processes as necessary.
- Special projects as necessary.
- Strong technical skills with computers, television and audio visual equipment are a must.
- Two years' experience providing desktop support.
- Strong Customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, by phone and in person
- Proficient in Windows, MS Office, Web Browsers, Outlook, and other business applications.
- Knowledgeable in desktop and laptop equipment configurations.
- Proficient in the TCP/IP protocol.
- Some familiarity with network administration.
- Must be highly motivated and a self-starter with ability to recognize and solve problems.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Citrix, and Outlook.
- Good knowledge of Anti-virus software.
- Experience in the Audio Visual field.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in all areas of Audio Visual.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in supporting customers, peers, management and senior executives.
- Demonstrated excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills related to all AV issues.
- May travel (15%) to division locations to assist as needed.
- Required to carry a cellular phone and to be on-call during off-hours as necessary.
- Desire and dedication to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Must be a team player.
