Job Posting for Operations Assistant at EOG Resources
Responsibilities will include supporting functions to our operations. Ability to meet demanding workload and deadlines. Verify accuracy of production data. Coordinate production reporting to the appropriate EOG departments and outside agencies. Filing of production related data. Process vendor invoices. Validating vendor information in the Accounts Payable System. Researching statement balances and answering Vendor inquiries and questions. Assist other Administrative Department personnel with special projects as needed.
Minimum of 3 years experience in office administration and working knowledge of accounting practices. Exceptional office, computer (Microsoft Word and Excel) and math skills. High school diploma or GED required, college degree is a plus. Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
