What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Operations Manager position at EOS Fitness?
Our Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager as well as day-to-day tasks including but not limited to greeting and directing members, guests and staff as they enter the gym. They will also provide assistance to members requests and inquiries and perform various administrative duties as required. Actual duties may vary at the discretion of gym management.
Department: Operations
Position Purpose: Be a great host, the members best source of information and create a fun atmosphere for members, guests and staff. Take ownership of the member experience and business objectives in the absence of the Service Manager.

3. Club cleanliness
4. Building and equipment maintenance and safety
Accountabilities:
1. Greeting/Farewell all that walk in/out of the front door
2. Phone Power Protocol
3. Front Desk training, coaching, success and problem resolution of front desk staff
4. Cash Protocol
5. Check-Ins, including guest and employee
6. Manage alerted check-ins
7. Monitoring Coolers, Drink/Bar Inventory and Sales
8. Monday Medallia Survey Responses
CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
