Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Location: Pflugerville, TX

Direct Reporting Manager: Compensation & Benefits Manager

Responsible Manager: Director, HR

Job Functions

Qualifications

This position is responsible for handling front office reception and office duties for the EOS Pflugerville Technical Center

What you will be Doing:

  • Solely responsible for an ‘in person’ presence at the front office desk
  • Welcome visitors in person, main contact for all EOS calls that come in.
  • Help maintain security and issue visitors’ badges
  • Manage conference room calendar and keep room(s) stocked and clean for meetings
  • Help with catering and food orders for customers and employees
  • Administrative duties as required, assisting HR dept as necessary
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area
  • Order/organize office supplies and kitchen supplies; make sure kitchen area is clean and all equipment working properly (water machines, etc.)
  • Work with vendors, electricians and any outside contacts to ensure facility is running smoothly.
  • Providing communication to Pflugerville EOS employees on an ongoing basis.
  • Reconcile department expense reports.

What We are Looking for:

  • Practical experience in receptionist activities
  • Office administration experience
  • General experience in the assistance of the operation of back office tasks
  • Computer knowledge (PC-configuration, MS-Windows, Network knowledge, MS-Office)
  • Professional appearance,_ good communication skills and professional conduct all a must_
  • Analytic thinking and problem-solving ability
  • High level of self-motivation
  • Proactive, self managing and a take charge attitude
  • Available to assist employees as needed in departments
  • Attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
