WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for the following specific area:
- Serves as internal primary contact, and source of information on inventory and inventory data requests.
- Conducts daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts as directed by Global Inventory Lead
- Monitor and reconcile discrepancies and variations within agreed SLA timeframes.
- Generate Inventory reports for the business and for internal departments and distribute accordingly.
- Work closely with our teams on inventory specifications/locator maintenance
- Ensure comprehensive and timely updates are provided on client ticketing system
- Monitor and respond to internal task requests relating to data & inventory.
- Work with the EOS Data Analytics team to ensure data integrity & accuracy on the service.
- Accountability for accurate & timely dashboard reporting to the Global Inventory Lead
- Participate in implementation meetings for new technologies and services.
- Have a high level of understanding of Inventory Management and work actively to address pain points or suggest improvements, both systematic, and to physical spaces.
- Provide a continuous improvement approach to Inventory Management, employing Lean principles to review, adapt and improve all areas within scope.
- Ensure random spot counts are carried out at all sites on a daily basis to ensure consistently high level of inventory accuracy
- Maintain accurate records on client systems
- Interface with all levels within Client office and corporate managers as appropriate.
- Undertake any other duties to support the wider service as required by Global Inventory Lead
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Relevant degree or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar Inventory role is essential.
- Excellent command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Vizio a plus.
- Experience with Asset Management highly desirable.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment. The pace requires independent and confident thinking, self-motivation, and determination.
