What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Assistant position at EOS?

In this role, you will manage the content experience on the Company’s Homepage by creating campaigns for the Company’s large events and work with partner teams across the EU to implement campaigns based on our strategic content calendar. As the gatekeeper for UK customers, you will work with marketing managers from different teams to raise the bar on quality, accuracy, and functionality of contents on the Company’s Homepage.
Main responsibilities for this role will include:
1. Merchandise strategic and time-critical campaigns for the Company’s deal events and other priorities
2. Collaborate with the Company’s marketing and design teams to create graphical assets for the Company website
3. Manage the strategic campaign calendar for the Company’s Homepage
4. Schedule campaigns in our content management system
5. Localize marketing content for strategic campaigns
6. Own the quality assurance for marketing content published on the Company’s Homepage
About the team
You will be joining the Company’s Marketing team. As such, we are the owners of the Company’s Homepage, large events and of the overall website and offsite experience in the UK.
Basic Qualifications
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, marketing, advertising, journalism, or public relations
2. Passionate about content creation, marketing and communication
3. High computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
4. Team player who is excited to learn new things
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
2. Experience with content management or shop systems
3. Proven track record in in execution of customer facing communication in written or visual form
