Student Assistant - Gift Administration & Data Management The Student Assistant – Gift Administration & Data Management supports the Director, Gift Administration and is responsible for performing administrative tasks, database entry, paper and digital filing, copying, scanning, mailings, and special projects. Responsibilities may also include answering email inquiries and other duties as assigned. This position will work 15-20 hours per week in-office during the fall and spring semester with extended in-office hours during the summer, spring, and winter breaks. What you’ll do: Responsible for quality control review of gift/pledge documents Provides excellent customer service Scans and uploads confidential papers and digital documents utilizing SharePoint, Salesforce, scanning software, email and the Jitbit Ticketing system Maintains computer and/or hard-copy files containing confidential records in an organized manner to ensure the accurate and fast retrieval of information Handles data entry for tracking reports, benchmarking data, work logs, department needs, etc. Other duties and projects as needed to improve/support the Finance organization What you'll need: Collaborative style, combined with the ability and desire to work in a team-based environment Strong and collegial interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively in person, writing, and by phone Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assigned duties Highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects with tight deadlines Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to quickly learn new software programs as needed Knowledge of departmental workflow process Problem solver who can take initiative and set priorities while being flexible Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and responsibility regarding information related to Enterprise Partners, its subsidiaries, university business and confidential information Relevant qualifications: A current student at Arizona State University pursuing a degree in a related field The student must be willing to sign and abide by a confidentiality agreement Benefits: Hybrid work schedule.
