Summary/Objective
Warehouse Supervisor oversees and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.
Essential Functions
Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The Warehouse Supervisor's responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, ensuring the inventory accuracy is at a 99.98% of accuracy and preparing relevant documentation.
- Warehouse supervisor needs to optimizing warehousing processes and be an effective team leader, should be dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
- Performing daily, weekly, cycle counts
- Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy
- Good customer service to all clients
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has supervisory responsibility. Accountable for employee training and performance to ensure an optimal level of customer service.

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting
- Understands warehouse management systems
- Previous 2 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Work Environment
This job operates in a Warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. It also involves going to the ports of entry, cargo, and import/export lots

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position (EXEMPT). Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
This position may require up to 5% travel.
