Seeking Paid Search Specialist for contract Hybrid role in Seatac. The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for portions of the day-to-day execution of Alaska Airlines' multi-million dollar paid search advertising program; a critical component of Alaska’s advertising strategy. This individual will assist in all aspects of Alaska’s search campaigns including: setting up new campaigns, bid optimizations, ad copy writing & testing, A/B testing, analyzing, tracking, and optimizing cross-engine/cross-product performance. We are looking for a team player who enjoys working in close coordination with multiple teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, obsessed with continuous improvement and extremely detailed oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Alaska Airlines' goals via paid search Manage day-to-day activities related to paid search advertising, including: set-up, implementation, execution and analysis of paid search campaigns with multiple objectives Write, test, and optimization ad copy Conduct keyword discovery, testing, and optimization Intense focus on improving CPA and ROAS Reporting and analysis of campaign performance, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Drive continuous improvement through implementation of new and creative ideas Stay current on industry trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can improve Alaska Airlines' program
