- Manage and train up to 1 Lead Warehouse Support team members and up to 5 support employees to ensure EPC policies, procedures, and expectations are consistent to all Support Leads and Support employees.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Identify tools, software, and equipment that are necessary to process items accurately and efficiently.
- Responsible for employee’s operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Understand and apply EPC's EMS program as trained.
- Keep employee records: weekly timecards, attendance points, annual reviews, write-ups, PIP's, etc.
- Properly handling all EOL items to meet the SOPs of EPC
- Supervise the Raw Commodity Shipments and preparation of DMO commodities for downstream recycling.
- Oversee inbound/outbound dock work while maintaining accurate logs, BOL’s and paperwork.
- Check DMO’s and STSs from other buildings for accuracy.
- Perform warehouse duties in all areas of the warehouse as assigned or directed.
- Must have good data entry skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong technical skills including the ability to effectively utilize technology and the commitment to learning in the technology environment.
- Effective and articulate verbal and written communication that is clear and concise.
- Basic computer skills and able to perform user-friendly computer tasks such as printing, typing & data input.
- 1 year of experience with EPC in the recycling department.
- Knowledge of all EPC Processing trainings and certifications
- Experience using computer software such as Outlook, Word and be able to efficiently analyze data using Excel.
- Familiar and able to efficiently use the Iinvision Inventory Software
- Basic math skills to count IT equipment accurately and fast.
- Must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee must be able to work 8hrs shift.
- Must be able to regularly bend, twist, and reach. Use a pallet jack to move IT equipment from the dock to the workstation.
- Must be able to categorize IT equipment by reading and identifying serial printed letters, numbers, symbols, and model information with a small font size.
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- Management experience with effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to type 25wpm or faster.
- Must be able to use common sense when performing job tasks.
- Need to meet or exceed production goals, follow procedures, and adhere to quality requirements.
- Need to be able to work well with others and perform in a teamwork environment.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Must have strong leadership and management skills.
