SUMMARY
The BDR is responsible for responding to incoming sales calls, as well as making outbound phone calls to potential and existing clients.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Confirming all sales appointments and rescheduling missed appointments
Preparing Sales Associate for incoming appointments
Utilize CRM system to record all work completed, as well as assist managers and sales associates with input of new information
Communicates consistently with BDC manager and reports all activity to them
Participating in on-going training
Other duties as assigned
Handle customer concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
