Concrete Laborer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Laborer to join our team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to concrete construction and maintenance. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate heavy equipment.

Duties:
- Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and curing
- Operate heavy equipment such as concrete mixers and pumps
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Prepare surfaces for concrete application by cleaning, leveling, and setting up forms
- Assist with the installation of rebar and wire mesh
- Apply plaster, stucco, or other materials to concrete surfaces
- Repair and restore damaged concrete structures
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Experience:
- Previous experience in concrete finishing, masonry, or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with concrete forming techniques is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is beneficial
