WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Customer Service Rep will provide customer service in the behavioral health care environment assisting adults and/or families accessing services.
This is a full-time position at 40 hours weekly and includes the following responsibilities:
- Performing customer service
- Scheduling appointments
- Billing and data entry work in an electronic health record database
- Working independently with minimum supervision
- Required to work some evening hours
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a customer service representative in a healthcare setting preferred, but we will train the right candidate
- Computer experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate on our database
- Current valid driver’s license in the State of Florida
- Level 2 background screen and a negative drug screen
- Professional References
