Business Office Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the nursing home's business office, including billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Coordinate financial transactions, insurance claims, and resident billing processes
• Oversee payroll functions and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing
• Maintain financial records and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies
• Monitor budgets and expenses to optimize financial performance
• Collaborate with department heads and external stakeholders on financial matters
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to healthcare billing and finance

Business Office Manager Qualifications:

• Previous BOM experience in healthcare administration, particularly in a long-term care setting, is highly desirable
