HR Scheduler Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels across all departments.
Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and allocate resources accordingly.
Utilize scheduling software to create and maintain employee schedules, taking into account factors such as availability, skills, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to address unexpected absences, staffing shortages, and other scheduling conflicts.
Communicate with employees regarding their schedules, shift changes, and any other scheduling-related matters.
Assist with recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and providing administrative support to the HR department.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee schedules, time-off requests, and attendance.
HR Scheduler Qualifications:
Previous experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or related administrative role.
SNF/LTC experience is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
