Qualifications of Maintenance Director:

• High school diploma or equivalent is often the minimum requirement.

• A technical or trade school certificate, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in a related field such as maintenance management, engineering, or facilities management can be beneficial.

• Maintenance Director experience preferred

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
