Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• PA License
  
• 1 year experience
• Experience with USP 797 and USP 800 required
  
• Successfully completed NAPLEX required
• Hospital experience required
• Critical Care required
• Cardiac, OB, NICU, PEDS required
  
• BLS
• PharmD or PGY1 preferred

• Systems used: Cerner, OMNI, Sentri 7
