As a part of our expansion program, we are currently looking for Solution Architects offering 100% remote options from day one. This role also involves interacting with client staff to gather business requirements, and propose solutions incorporating existing and new functionality of our state-of-the-art publishing platform. The Solution Architect forms a bridge between client staff, product management, and engineering.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for senior-level decision-making and both day-to-day management and strategic direction for the bench sales division.
- Manage scale, design & implement large-scale projects, change management & people management
- Sign up with major Tier 1 Vendors, System Integrators, and Consulting firms.
- Manage full lifecycle resource management from bench onboarding to candidate joining.
- Manage a team of bench sales executives, and participate in daily activities such as end client submissions, interview coordination, background check, SOW/MSA/PO coordination, Joining formalities, logistics and compliances.
- Review the status of candidate submission, and end client submission, and follow up with prospects for interviews.
- Stay updated for in-demand skill sets and suggest resource management teams for relevant sourcing.
- Participate in high volume requisitions from sourcing to candidate omboarding.
