Reporting to Strategic Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for leading content creation initiatives, managing PR efforts, and shaping our brand's narrative across various channels.

You will be the driving force behind our brand's visibility, brand presence, and reputation. Your mission will be to elevate brand awareness and recognition, engage our audience, and drive growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

Brand Awareness, Messaging and Positioning:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies for maximizing brand visibility and recognition across target audiences.
• Plan the company's brand positioning and messaging approach to effectively communicate our value proposition at trade events and via advertisement.

Social Media Management and Content Creation:

• Create and oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content for digital and traditional channels, including blogs, websites, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Public Relations:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Manage media inquiries, interview requests, media appearances, and press opportunities to showcase the company's expertise and achievements.
• Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to generate positive media coverage and enhance brand reputation.

Internal Communications and Employer Branding:

• Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Develop and implement internal newsletters to keep employees informed and engaged.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics.
• Identify areas for improvement and optimization based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation
• Advanced MS 365 Office user, SharePoint knowledge is preferred
• B2B industries experience is highly preferred
• The position will be based in our head office in Broomfield (Denver area), Colorado
• Up to 20% travel time may be required

Salary Range:

$79,000 - $84,000per year (Compensation determination based upon job related factors, such as experience, education, geographic location and other criterion).
