Make a significant impact at Episource as an Outreach Associate, managing high-priority provider offices and hospitals, coordinating chart retrieval, handling complaints, and leading special projects in a dynamic call center.

In this early career role, you will report to Episource’s Escalation Supervisor.

Here’s how you’ll impact Episource:

• Leverage your passion for people. Create a positive work environment by actively participating in team discussions and leveraging innovative ideas for personal and team growth. Optimize processes, share knowledge, and use your skills to maintain team cohesion and exceptional interactions with facilities.

• Serve as a call center Outreach Associate. As an Outreach Associate, you are tasked with evaluating, analyzing, and strategically reaching out to facilities. Your main goal is to attempt to resolve any blockers that prevent you from moving forward with retrieval.

• Cultivate communication and collaboration. Foster strong connections within your team and provider offices to streamline retrieval processes, promote collaboration, and create lasting positive impressions of Episource.

• Observe with an eye for improvement and resolution. By leveraging your problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and customer-focused approach, you will elevate the Outreach team by facilitating solutions, fostering success, and identifying growth opportunities.

What your journey at Episource will look like:

• In the first three months, you will better understand our processes and assess locations for potential opportunities and solutions.

• In the first six months, you will engage in queue meetings, assist with escalated and intricate locations, and strengthen your problem-solving abilities.

• By the end of your first year at Episource, you'll gain expertise across various aspects of your role and Episource, expanding through collaboration with teams and departments. This will shape you into an innovator, bringing fresh ideas that drive change within Episource.

What you’ll bring to Episource:

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education

• Robust customer service and office/administrative experience

• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, and G-Suite)

Salary Range (or rate): $17- $17 per hour

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting. In addition to your salary, Episource offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements; please see our benefits section above for more information.)
