What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Associate position at Epoxy Depot?
We are looking for a Store Associate to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. We are rapidly growing and seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and motivated Store Associate to provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent Customer Service*
- Basic computer skills - Customer service experience preferred -Retail experience preferred.
- Ringing up customers
- Answering phone calls
- Answering customer questions on epoxy products and application.
- Recommending the correct products for each customer's project.
- Sending product quotes
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
- Restocking shelves & maintaining a tidy store front
- Receiving shipments -Communication with management, and customers.
- Packing and sending orders
Requirements :

- Maintain a professional presentable, clean, and tasteful attire. Polo shirts issued by the company will be worn at all times. No shorts, low cut shirts, open toe shoes are allowed at any time.
- Able to lift and/or move 50 pounds
- Preference “Bi-lingual”
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality!
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
