Job Overview:

Project duration is expected to be 8-9 weeks beginning mid April. 60 hour weeks Monday-Saturday.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team for a specific project. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a mechanical project. Your role will involve coordinating and supervising all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Project scope includes setting tanks, pumps, auxillary equipment and installing 3" to 6" piping.

Must have experience with piping fabrication/installation.

Duties:

- Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

- Collaborate with customer to address any issues or concerns

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to employer and customer

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols

- Resolve any construction-related problems or conflicts that may arise

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and documentation of any changes or deviations from the original plans

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices

- Proficiency in reading isometrics and interpreting construction drawings

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly
