Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team. The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our Commercial Revenue function. Responsibilities may include analyzing sales data, deal structure questions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our commission processes and ensuring orders are compliant with revenue and company policy. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive the company's Revenue Operations strategy and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish Strong Relationships: Build cross-functional relationships with Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, Collections, Comp, Legal and any other relevant internal team.
  • Commission Calculation: Calculate, validate, and process commissions accurately and in a timely manner based on established commission plans and policies for the Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, and Professional Services teams.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales and commission data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Revenue Operations plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc commission reports to track and communicate sales revenue, commission payouts, and other relevant sales data to management and sales teams.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Revenue Operations policies and resolve any discrepancies or disputes.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve Revenue Operations processes, including automation and system enhancements.
  • Communication: Communicate Revenue Operations related information to sales representatives and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Forecasting: Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes to support financial planning and analysis efforts.
  • Assist and support with other relevant Revenue Operations tasks as needed
About you:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Revenue Operations Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
  • Experience with commissions plans for sales, cs, renewals at an enterprise SaaS company a plus.
  • Familiarity with reporting out of Salesforce
  • Familiarity with commission software and systems is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of commission regulations and compliance is a plus.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
