Position Summary:
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) oversees agency human resources and programs. Works collaboratively with the organization to develop excellent employees, provide administrative expertise, implement changes and ensure all policy and procedures are up to standard.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with five years of experience in nonprofit leadership. Masters' degree and previous child welfare experience preferred.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of the field of administration, leadership, organizational leadership, and training.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, HRIS systems and LMS systems.
- Must be able to pass standard background checking, including drug screen, employment physical, SLED, DSS Central Registry, and Sex Offenders Registry.
- Has a belief system and engages win faith practices that are compatible with those of the United Methodist Church.
