Epworth Villa is looking for the right addition to our Human Resource team. If you have experience in recruitment and you want to be a part of the mission to make the lives of our employees better, you may have what we are looking for.
This is a full time position, Monday through Friday with a pay range of $19.23-$21.63. This position is not commission based and Epworth has an excellent benefits package.

The following are essential duties and responsibilities; however, this should not be construed as an exhaustive list; other duties may be assigned.
Duties:
- Under general supervision of the Director of Human Resources, acts as liaison between potential new hires, volunteers, employees, and Epworth Villa management.
- Utilizes multiple technology platforms to reach potential candidates.
- Deliver all areas of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, assessment, extending offers, and monitoring new hire processes.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and appropriate interview questions.
- Conduct thorough behaviorally based interviews with candidates.
- While serving as an active representative of Epworth Villa at internal and external job fairs, develop and maintain relationships with recruiting sources.
- Coordinate and educate supervisors on new hire process including staffing ratios, and advertising.
- Orchestrate or perform prescreening process of all potential new hires.
- Coordinates hire dates with supervisors.
- Schedules onboarding and orientation with new hires.
- Review applications, assesses qualifications of applicants for open positions and make recommendations to supervisors related to applicant’s potential for successful employment.
- Monitor number of vacant positions and notify Director when ads and/or internal postings are needed.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have ability to speak, read and write English when communicating with employees, residents and resident families.
- Must have good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with HRIS software preferred.
Education and/or Experience:
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Human Resources or relevant field of study (equivalent work experience acceptable).
- Two to four years of related experience with recruiting at a professional level.
- Experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates.
- PHR preferred
