Role Summary
We are looking for two Accountants (either Property Accountant or Senior Property Accountant) to be responsible for performing the established daily and monthly accounting procedures for an assigned portfolio of properties. Responsibilities include the accurate and timely reporting of property level financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and Company’s policies. The role will oversee analyzing monthly/quarterly closing actuals, preparing forecast and budget in close collaboration with the property management team, leasing, and asset management team, and apply critical thinking to challenge and enhance business performance. This role requires 5 days in the office at our Santa Monica, CA location.

Qualifications

Base Salary Range: $90,000-$125,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
