ABOUT THE JOB:
As part of eqhq's operations team, you'll bring the knowledge and expertise needed to develop certified appraisals of the heavy equipment fleets managed through our My Fleet platform. You'll be part of a ground-breaking team providing users with on-demand certified appraisals powered by eqhq's proprietary valuation modelling. You're comfortable with technology and bring a professional level of detail to your work that leaves customers feeling assured and satisfied.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Review and approve certified appraisals of eqhq user fleets.
- Report any errors or discrepancies to eqhq management.
- Keep the eqhq certified appraisal up to date and in compliance with current standards and practices.
- Be accountable and professional as the representation of the eqhq Shield - our commitment to trust and transparency.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- ASA certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of heavy equipment
- 3 experience as a certified appraiser
- Excellent attention to detail
- Top-notch organizational and time management skills
- Experience with computers and Microsoft Excel
- High school diploma or higher
- Ability to work remotely
