What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Process Analyst II position at Equifax?
The purpose of the Business Process Analyst is to plan and implement process improvement initiatives supporting Tier II level of technical expertise and new product introductions. The BPA will interact with internal stakeholders to review existing documentation and release information to develop a deep knowledge base content. This includes documenting and auditing existing operations processes and analyzing data for process improvement and identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. The BPA is responsible for streamlining technical processes and support to be implemented at all tiers. This BPA will possess the technical knowledge and will be conduit to the Tier1, 2 and 3 and for all support levels. The BPA will provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.

What You'll Do
Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives
Document and train on existing processes using various communications platforms (wiki, email,
LMS)
Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams
Analyze data for process improvement, identifying indicators for future improvement
opportunities
Measures performance against process requirements
Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance
and product quality.
Deliver presentations and training courses
Prepares reports to determine business patterns
Monitors work and assesses the quality of representative adherence to research standards and
requirements
Completes project work as assigned based on business need.
What Experience You Need:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Customer or technical support operations role - subject matter expert 3 - 5 years
