The Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing Workforce Solutions products/services for new and/or existing clients. This opening is for LawLogix Immigration Case Management (ICM). The Implementation Specialist is the clients’ champion, ensuring the organization successfully implements and consistently delivers services that are of superior quality, exceeding the clients’ expectations, and anticipating their future needs.
What you’ll do:
Manages the technical implementation of the cloud-based LawLogix ICM system and related services.
Provides professional training to end-users over webinar or in-person.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand their unique business needs and deliver customized solutions.
Communicates the value of services to clients through a thorough understanding of LawLogix ICM and services and the available configuration options.
Advises management of customer acceptance of existing or proposed products and services and makes recommendations on enhancements or new services based upon client input.
Carries the ultimate responsibility for the success of a client’s implementation while operating in a cohesive team environment.
Partners with Operations, Product Management, Sales, Client Services and Product Development for technical matters and problem resolution regarding client product or service issues.
Up to 25% travel within the US
What experience you need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2 - 5 years technical business and/or client service experience.
Strong customer communication skills, written and oral
What could set you apart:
Experience/knowledge of U.S. immigration processes and related forms.
Experience with SaaS environments and legal case management solutions.
Experience providing professional software training to end-users.
Prior experience in a sales support or technical development environment.
Prior work in Workfront or other project management application
Skilled in producing documentation for customer projects including timelines and project plans
Knowledge in integration concepts for SaaS applications, including SSO, API and flat files
