As an integral member of the Legal organization, the Intermediate Contracts Manager provides the US Sales organization with expertise in negotiating and drafting a variety of business to business contracts. Responsible for end to end contract negotiation for edits and custom contract terms requested by customers, and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders, this role is impacting the business daily in a fast paced environment. This role will be based in Boise, Idaho and primarily support Kount, an Equifax Company.
What you’ll do
Independently review, negotiate and draft non-standard contractual terms and conditions, requested by customers to business to business contracts.
Responsible for directing, project managing and negotiating customer contracts. Project management includes facilitating and consolidating multiple sources of information into a comprehensive contract inclusive of all stakeholder input.
Advise sales organization on business terms and conditions, including providing business risk analysis, and collaborate with sales and business to create contractual solutions.
Perform contract risk analysis and escalates strategic contracts to senior Legal resources as applicable.
What experience you need
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university or comparable on-the-job work experience and knowledge.
3-5 years of related experience (experience in contract negotiation and review skills required).
