- Investigative checks
- Identify a point of contact for the Recredentialing Audit.
- Complete searches on users and/or companies to ensure they are in good standing.
- Review Virtual Onsite Inspections to ensure the location where data will be accessed is secure.
- Partner with Sales and leadership.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients in need of additional information.

- Previous success in roles within a fast paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on client and business needs.
- Strong Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel skill set.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
