Day-To-Day Tasks
1. Communication and reporting to Project Managers
2. Controls Engineering projects may include:
a. Development of design concepts, drawing/design packages, implementation lists, controls strategies, system functional specifications, sequence of operations, HMI/PLC programs and other related technical responsibilities
b. Debugging of HMI/PLC programs and other database systems
c. On-site auditing, field surveys, system implementation, commissioning, and start-up support
3. Interaction withengineers
4. Training on current and latest technical applications 5. Research of state-of-the-art controls technologies for use with current and/or new clients
What you need to Succeed
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technical preferred
2. Experience in Controls Engineering
3. Knowledge of electrical principles/systems, control system design and components, flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams/symbols, electrical/pneumatic drawings, and other related technical documents
4. Proficient in PLC manufacturers such as Allen-Bradley and familiarity with other PLC manufacturers
5. Proficient in HMI applications such as Wonderware and RS View
6. Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills for interacting in a team environment
7. Ability/flexibility to travel

2. Qualifications shall include the following:
