We are seeking an experienced Product Ops Manager to oversee the rollout of our new digital planning capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Product, Digital Planning, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the delivery and tracking of our AI and Digital product roadmap for the Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management function, as part of our "Digital Planning " program.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with product managers, data science and engineering leads, and global business leads to support the delivery of our digital and AI roadmap.
Manage Digital Planning project deliverables as required, including one-off analysis, dashboard creation, benefit realization measurement, and understanding of industry benchmarks and trends.
Develop and implement training programs for users on new product features to ensure successful adoption in target markets.
Support the successful adoption of the product in target markets by working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address any barriers to adoption.
Create and maintain documentation for the product, including user guides, tutorials, and FAQs, to ensure that users have the resources they need to succeed.
Support product adoption through direct user support, triaging issues with users as they come up, hosting office hours, and translating feedback back to the product team.
Utilize task management tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage and track tasks, progress, and status updates.
Communicate product updates, changes, and new features to stakeholders through newsletters, email updates, and other channels.
Understand and support the achievement of product OKRs, using data and insights to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives.
Thrive in a fast-paced delivery environment, working with agility to deliver on timelines and priorities.
Analyze data and craft qualitative survey questions to understand user needs and preferences, and use insights to inform product development.
Support AI model development where required, conduct data validation, review model results, and develop standard frameworks to guide other planners.
Define best practices for Digital Planning, including timelines, templates, model reviews, and data needs.
Develop PMO materials for Digital Planning.
Establish collaborative and trusting relationships with key team members to ensure the free flow of ideas and information across the business.
Develop an understanding of LS&Co. Planning processes and the applications supporting those processes.
About You
BS/BA degree; MBA preferred
2-4 years of experience, including 1 years' experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, or equivalent experience in internal strategy position
Experience in Digital and/or AI-based projects
The successful candidate should have a proven track record of delivering transformational projects, balancing competing priorities, and achieving results. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential requirements for this role. Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Power BI is a plus.
You are a team player who can work well cross-functionally and with global counterparts. Resilience in the face of challenges and ambiguity is also a desirable quality for this role.
